Peacefully completed his journey on Earth on Thurs., April 27, 2017 at the age of 79. Beloved partner and life companion of the late Betty Herde. Loving father of Debby (Bill) Wright, Jeff (Betsy), Gregg (Tami), Kris, and Mike (Velma) Balentine. Cherished grandfather of William, Emily, Michael, Brian, Michelle, Kassy and Kara. Dear brother of Joan, Catherine and Ronnie. Further survived by great-grandchildren, other relatives, friends and his 4 legged companions Duke, Beethoven, Milly and Reba. Preceded in death by his sisters Lucy and Sue.

A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday, May 7 from 1PM until 4PM with a Celebration of Life at 2PM at STERLING CHALET; 1271 Hwy 175, Hubertus. In lieu of flowers, memorials in George's name to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association are greatly appreciated.
