Johnson, Aaron R. “Larry the Legend” Of Milwaukee. Passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Burns) Johnson. Dear father of Debbie Clark of Austin, TX and Jay Clark of Atlanta, GA. Further survived by many friends.

There will be a Gathering of Remembrance for Larry at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 23rd from 7 PM to the time of a Celebration of Larry’s life at 8 PM. Memorials to the Milwaukee Catholic Home would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.

Larry was a popular radio personality in Milwaukee for over 20 years, serving most of that time with WZUU. He spearheaded many memorable local charities and civic causes during his radio career.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to the staff of the Milwaukee Catholic Home for their kind and compassionate care of Larry.
