(nee Bauchwitz) Passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the age of 93. Lois was born on December 28, 1920 in Chicago, IL to Sarah Eliason and Fredrick Bauchwitz.  

Lois is survived by her four children, Barbara (Bill Powell) and Lon (Debra) of Minneapolis, Robert of Sunnyvale, CA, and David of Oconomowoc; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.  

Their youngest son, David, was born with Down Syndrome, and Lois was very active in helping the intellectually challenged community. 

Lois grew up in Chicago. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lon Bencini, who died in November of 1996. Lois was also a veteran and served Yoeman second class during World War II.   

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 4 PM until 7 PM at the Funeral Home.
