Persik, Gerald E.  “Jerry” Age 75 years.  Of Germantown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.  Loving father of Patricia (Paul) Sankey and Peggy (Bill Sheehan) Persik.  Proud papa of Sarah and the late Nicholas.  Dear brother of Carol Rehak and his twin brother Jim Persik.  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, August 7 at the funeral home from 3PM until time of Memorial Service at 6PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Tool and Die Machining Assn. of WI. Scholarship Fund are appreciated.
