Passed away peacefully on July 30, 2014 at the age of 65. Loving wife of 43 years to Phil. Caring mom of Stephanie (Steve) Frohmader and Phil (Laura). Adored grandma of Kaitlyn, Sarah, Gianna, Megan and Hayden. Connie will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.

A gathering will take place on Saturday August 2, 2014, at the FUNERAL HOME, from 1 PM until the time of services at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN 38105, are greatly appreciated. 

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Dr. Christopher Hake, the staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the staff at the Greenwald Medical Center for the wonderful care they provided Connie.
