Topolski, Patrick A. 

Of New Berlin, found peace on August 18, 2014 at the age of 66.  Loving dad of Brett Topolski, Amy (Matthew) Sween, and Krista (Richard) Wroblewski.  Proud grandpa of Ava, Olivia, and Kaitlyn.  He is further survived by his special friend Roxanne.  Preceded in death by his parents Matthew and Grace Topolski, and brother’s Mark and Terry Topolski.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22 from 4:00 PM until the time of Funeral Service at 7:00 PM at the FUNERAL HOME.

Special thanks to the nursing staff at East Troy Manor, especially his “goochie” girls Miranda, Sam, and Kim; also Jennifer Hargrove from Heartland Hospice for the devoted care she provided to the family.
