Zabrowski, John A.

Of Germantown. Born to Life October 4, 1927 to Adolph "Duff" and Angeline Zabrowski. Born to Eternal Life August 18, 2014. Age 86. Beloved husband of Jean (nee Mazurczak). Loving father of John (Sheryl) Zabrowski of Hartford, Mary Jo (Brian) Monroe of Palm Desert, CA, and Jennifer (Don) Sturm of Germantown. Beloved grandpa of Nathan, Lucas, Kyle, Trevor and Maggie. Further survived by his sisters-in-law Mary Bernacchi and Carrie Mazurczak, other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Leonard (the late Charlotte) Zabrowski, his in-laws Frank and Molly Mazurczak, Harriette and Erv Stoltman, John Mazurczak, Al Bernacchi, Ray Mazurczak and Margaret Mazurczak.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday August 22, 2014 from 4:00PM until Celebration of Life Service at 6:00PM. Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

John was a graduate of Immaculate Conception Grade School, Bay View High School, and UW-Madison. He served in the Army in 1946 and 1947. He married his beloved Jean on October 23, 1954. John was employed by the Square D Company where he served as a Quality Control Manager from 1951 through 1972. He was the first Business Manager at Medical Associates of Menomonee Falls and retired in 1989 as Associate Administrator.

A life long musician, John played piano with many prominant Milwaukee area big bands and played solo piano at North Shore Country Club for many years.
