Sunday, August 24, 2014, age 38. Michael is survived by his son Liam Berry, his mother, Mary Perkins, brother, Sean (Katie) Berry, niece, Stella Berry, nephew, Finnegan, River and Gunnar Berry. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael W. Berry and Ellie the dog. Also survived by cousins, particularly, Mike Hunt, other relatives and friends.

Michael graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1994 and was a renowned Chef in the Milwaukee area.

Visitation will be held on Fri. Aug. 29, at the Funeral Home from 4 PM until time of Memorial Service 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to his son are deeply appreciated.
