Passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2015 at the age of 15. Beloved daughter of Amber Morgan and Nicholas Sabala III. Cherished sister of Nicholas IV. Adored grand-daughter of Phyllis Wear and Nick and Jane Sabala. Jasmine will be greatly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday February 26, 2015, at the FUNERAL HOME, from 3 PM until the time of Services at 7 PM. A private family burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are greatly appreciated.
