Of Wauwatosa, WI. Born to Eternal Life on February 24, 2015, age 91. Ron was a member of “the Greatest Generation” and a descendent of the patriots of the American Revolution. He was a “Hump” Pilot during WWII and retired a U S Air Force Lt Colonel after 23 years of service.

He was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn (nee Muth); a loving father of Lynn (Jon) Leider, Karen (George Poster) Anderson, Mark (Lisa) and Doug (Carol); a proud grandfather of Lisa (Ryan) Rupe, Jeffrey (Tracy) and Erick (Kristy) Leider, Matthew (Amy) Anderson, Sarah (Jordan) Teele, Rebecca (Michael) Poublon, Rachel (Christopher) Bell and James Anderson. Ron is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, other caring relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Mon, Mar. 2, from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 PM at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK/CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, 13235 W Capitol Dr., Brookfield, WI followed by Graveside Committal Service with Full Military Honors. Memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight are deeply appreciated.
