I am so sorry to hear of Hildegarde's passing. I just found out. I remember eating lunch with my friend, John when I was at their house. It was always an adventure, and Hildegarde was truly the straight man in that comedy duo. The de facto sense of humor that everyone had was obvious even during lunch!

My condolences to the family of Hil. She was a kind and wonderful neighbor for the thirteen years that we lived across the street. She was a selfless person and did so much for her church and community. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
