Russell Wildes age 53 years of Ixonia, died suddenly from a long battle with Kidney disease. Russell was born June 18, 1962 in Oconomowoc to Leonard and Barbara Wildes.

 Russell was the former owner of "Get R Fixed" gun shop in Watertown. He lived to hunt and fish. He was a volunteer mentor for hunting and fishing. He taught hunters safety classes. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Russell loved his Packers and Brewers as well as playing cards.

Russell is survived by his mother Barbara, his brothers and sisters; Wendy (Daryl) Zastrow, Daniel (Judy) Wildes, Rodney Wildes, Doug (Jenny) Wildes. He is further survived by 14 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Russell was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father Leonard.

Friends may visit on Thursday August 27, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home and again on Friday from 1:00 pm until time of funeral service at 2:00 pm at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church (210 Pleasant St. Oconomowoc, WI. 53066). Final rest Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia. Memorials to the donor's Choice.
