Richard E. Goad “Dick” 

Of Mayfield, KY, was born into eternal life on August 26, 2015 at the age of 86.  He was born in Westmont, IL on June 25, 1929, the son of Rubin and Cora (nee Flegle) Goad. 

Dick proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. 

Survivors include his niece Suzanne (the late Marty) Perkins; great niece and nephews Lindsay (Luke) Spielman, Robert (Natalie) Perkins, and Scott Perkins; great-great nephew and niece Kaden and Avery; special “uncle” of Monica (Danny), Adam (Kara), and Katelyn Rogers.  He is further survived by other relatives and friends.   

Committal Services will be held on Saturday, August 29, at 11:30 AM at Clarendon Hill Cemetery and Memorial Gardens (6900 S. Cass Ave., Darien, IL.) Please meet in the Chapel.  Memorial donations can be made to Trace Creek Baptist Church (3577 KY-131 Mayfield, KY.  42066)
