To Doug and Family,
Geri and I were saddened by the loss of your mother. I have so many fond memories of her when Doug and I were growing up. By my recollection, given Doug's affinity for all things mechanical (and combustible), she had to be the most patient and understanding mom on the planet (to wit: Doug: "Sorry Mom, I blew up the basement." your mom: "Oh Doug, you're always doing something down there. Would you boys like a sandwich?" Well that's how I remember it anyway. You have our deepest sympathies and our prayers for the strength to support each other and the perspective to celebrate her life and all whose lives she touched (including Doug's little four-eyed geeky friends).
