(nee Lynch).  Of Wauwatosa.  Born to Eternal Life on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the age of 86 years.  Dear mother of Lee (Martha) Jacobs, Marybeth (Marc) Balkovich, Sue Hirthe, Tom Jacobs, Patty (Bob) Steiner, the late Anne Jacobs and Peggy Jacobs (Scott Vanderboom).  Loving grandmother of David Jacobs, Elizabeth (Beau) Musch, Jenny Toy, Danny Toy, Paul (Sarah) Hirthe, Amy (Wally) Bogan, Michael Hirthe, Jessica Jacobs Johnson, Andrea (Clint) Anderson, Nicki Steiner, Alex Steiner, Ryan Vanderboom and Erin Vanderboom; and great-grandchildren, Aiden Musch, Adam Hirthe, Sam Hirthe, Nolan Hirthe, Bryan Bogan, Anna Bogan, Jennifer Bogan, Madison Johnson, Maxwell Johnson and Willow Anderson.  Dear sister of the late Donald (the late Sharon) Lynch, Bob (the late Ann) Lynch, John (Marilyn) Lynch, the late Pat Lynch (Ken Klauk) and Joan Lynch (Cynthia Shaeffer).  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Thursday, April 27th from 3:00pm until time of Memorial Mass at 6:00pm at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1500 Wauwatosa Avenue, Wauwatosa.   Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society 

Mary’s passion in life was education and igniting the curiosity for discovery in the countless young minds that she touched, whether it was as an MPS grade school teacher of more than 30 years or with her children, grand children and great grand children or just about any other young mind that crossed paths with Mary.

Mary volunteered her time and talent post retirement for many years to the youth at MPS and as a mentor to fellow teachers.  Mary was also a long time devoted St Bernard’s bell choir member.
