Passed away unexpectedly on August 17, 2014 at the age of 50. Best friend and soul mate of Stacy (nee Conn). Caring father of Joshua (Gina) and Abigail. Adored grandpa of Audrina. Dearest son of Ron and Pat. Keith will be greatly missed by his brothers, sisters, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will take place on Thursday August 21, 2014, at the FUNERAL HOME, from 4 PM until 6:45 PM. Funeral service will be held at 7 PM. Committal services will  take place on Friday August 22, 2014 at 11 AM at Prairie Home Cemetery. Donations in Keith’s name to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin are greatly appreciated.
