I came across a little vase the other day that Donna gave me when we worked together at LCP. It had "Friends Forever" imprinted on the front with a pair of flip flops next to each other. It made me smile at the memory. She was an amazing friend with a beautiful spirit. I miss her terribly.
My condolences to the Kelleher and Frake families. There was nothing that Donna loved more then her family. God Bless.

Rick and family - So very sad to hear of Donna’s passing, my condolences to you all. I had so much respect for Donna and miss our “chats” when she was assigned to come into the Police Department to review reports. Donna loved to talk about the community, government and events, but her real passion was her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
