My deepest sympathy Pam to you and your family over the loss of Wally. I can say that I had to pleasure to be a coworker of his in our press room for many years and he was a special man. His sense of calm seemed to always be a part of his demeanor. He had a wonderful sense of humor and our pressroom was lucky you shared him with us for his career at Quad. Even after his retirement he still tried to stay connected. That was much appreciated. I know his passing must be devastating for you and your family but I also know he is at peace and will have a special place with his Lord and Savior. He will be there to welcome all of us when our time comes to leave this world and join him. So please know my condolences are with you and his memory will live on in my heart. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
God Bless and stay healthy.

Wally was one of the most memorable people I've ever met in my life, I smile ear-to-ear when he pops into my head! :) At church he would always crack me up with his wit and crazy sense of humor, as I'm sure all have experienced.
My fondest memories are when we'd play Sheepshead with our group at church and dine on his delicious popcorn. He was so much fun to banter with and tease about his bad hands, or just for heck of it! He will be missed down here greatly, yet he sure is adding some liveliness up there in heaven ;-) My prayers & heart go out to Pam and the Parrot family --- may God be with all of you during this difficult time. R.I.P. WALLY!!!

My condolences to the family
Mr. Parrott was great human being that always go out of his way to put a smile on people’s face. I worked with him as a new employee and he was always willing to help with teaching and provide support to anyone in need. Thank you for welcoming me to your home as a new employee when I really knew nobody at the moment. You are a great mentor in my life. My condolences to Mrs Parrott and thank you for welcoming me to your home as a new immigrant to this great country

Pam, My sincerest condolences to you and your family. I have many fond memories of Wally teaching me how to Waltz dance. He was so patient and graceful. We had many laughs when I would step on his toes or try to lead him on the dance floor during those Quad parties.
I vision him Waltzing in Heaven!

My condolences to Wally's family. He will truly be missed by many. He put up a good fight with the help of his devoted wife Pam, my much loved sister.
Wally was always so much fun to just sit and have a conversation with. He had many friends and kids loved him.
