I had the pleasure of working with Cathy at both elementary schools in East Troy. I joined as the art teacher a few years ago. From the moment we met, Cathy was kind, welcoming and funny. She often popped in the art room just to say hello and to check in. I am certain that Cathy was one of the strongest people I will ever meet in my lifetime. Her ability to be positive, caring and dedicated even in the face of adversity will always amaze me. I feel very lucky to have know Cathy even for a short time. She left a lasting impression on my heart. Rest in peace.
