John A. Becker
January 26, 1942 - May 5, 2022
My only brother-in-law and a wonderful one. He was an attentive host. He was benevolent to myself and my family. Though he rose to the top, he remembered his beginnings. He had great integrity. He new full well how to humble himself. He struggled with regret after losing Bonny, always asking if he did right by her. He used his resources to make life for his family as comfortable and fun and supportive as anyone ever possibly could. He was never stingy or selfish. He was truly a good man and I am the better for knowing him through my sister. Bonny had a few choices when picking a husband. She chose the right one…the best one. Now she gets to have him again. Enjoy the best and most perfect vacation, finally, that you never got to do together in your retirement years. I so miss you Johnny. Say “Hi!” to Bon for me. Love you both.

Sympathy to the entire Becker Family. My sister Kathy Rhey was a close friend of Johnny’s during high school years. I enjoyed his visits to our home in his gray and salmon colored Chevy.
God Bless. ??

John was my occasional mentor and tennis opponent at First Wisconsin. He was fair, very very bright and a terrible tennis player . A first class leader.
