I learned of Vicky’s hairdressing skills from a coworker in the early 2000s and followed her to 2 homes (Holy Hill and Germantown). She always took great pride in her ‘creations’. For me though, it was the sharing of our lives. I ALWAYS felt like a new person after our visits; not necessarily due to the ‘look’ but for the warmth I felt. I admittedly lost contact with her, but she has always been and will continue to be in my heart. God bless.
