Thank you for everything about your wonderful son and brother Michael. His photo is a reminder of his spiritual and everpresent grace, shared with us so generously!

Dear Hazelwood family,

Please accept my condolences on Mike’s passing. I shared so many great times with him- along with your family, in wrestling at Grafton High School, and as friends. His smile and large sense of humor were fantastic! My memories of Steve Younging and our shenanigans together will forever make me laugh. Godspeed Mike.

My heart is broken Mike. I enlisted you as a young brilliant high school senior. Your attitude and demeanor was beyond your years. You carried yourself with the utmost dignity that was unparalleled. Later, you worked for me as an assistant recruiter and then became a friend to me and my family. I will always remember you fondly Mike. I don’t why these things happen but I am sure god has a plan. Sleep in peace my friend until we meet again.

To Sherry, Kelley,Joanna and Vivian
We are so sorry for your loss
To lose someone so precious to everyone so suddenly is a devastating thing. We are praying you find comfort and healing.
I remember so well the beautiful little boy, and young man that Michael was. He was the apple of his Daddy’s eye and Sherry’s sweet boy. He and my son Jeff were always best of buddies when they could get together. He will be so dearly missed
Love to you all

I am so saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. I’ve known Mike for many years of also working at several legacy divisions of EVERSANA. Mike was always a very kind person and always had a smile. Taken too soon.

Mike was my cousin. I didn't get to know him as well as I wanted to with him living in Wisconsin and me growing up in Indianapolis. I can't believe he is gone! You always lit up the room. We had some good memories of the time we did spend together as children. Give all our family that had predeceased you a big hug for me. Until we meet again cuz! May you read in peace!
