Raymond J. Thornborough
July 8, 1939 - December 20, 2022
My condolences to the Thornborough family. He was a dear friend to my mother, Mary Ann Micheli, who he met at the Arboretum a couple of years ago. I always looked forward to his smile and cheerful demeanor when I visited her. I miss him, and feel lucky to have known him. It was a comfort to my family, especially during Covid, that he was a dear companion to my mother.

I attended Bible Study with Ray at Christ King parish. I knew both Ray and Janet from Good Shepherd. Ray was one of the kindest and most holy men that I’ve ever met. He was the definition of a Christian and he lived a Godly life.
Men like Ray come into your life very rarely and I am blessed to have called him my friend.
