Helen / Mrs. Pankratz was so loving and always had a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye! I was lucky to spend many hours with ‘Susie’ - as her mom called her - at the Pankratz house during high school. Then many years later, my husband and I saw Helen and Sue and the kids and they’d join us for ice cream lots of times - Mrs. Pankratz still had that endearing personality.
