Jerry and I are so very sorry for your loss. I was fortunate to have the pleasure of serving as Trustee during the latter years of Dick's service to our community. He was truly dedicated to his role as Village Manager and yet we also knew how important his family was to him. I pray he is enjoying a stream flush with fish in his heavenly home!
