I worked with Frank when we were on Tactical Squad and also at times when we were detectives. A great policeman and human being. You could always count on him. He will be missed. Rest in peace Frank. Jim Henner.

My condolences to the La Monte Family. Started with Frank in 1965. Great copper! Qualified on shooting range with a Remington 870 shotgun. Everyone was in tears.
