Henry D. Duga
October 16, 1948 - October 28, 2014
Our thoughts and prayers are with Henry's family and friends. He will truly be missed.

I am so glad that Ralph and I were lucky enough to get to meet and know Henry.

I have a feeling Henry is up there helping out a new group of racers at the race track in the sky.

R.I.P Henry - gone from our sight, but never forgotten.

Henry was a friend to everyone. He was a gentle soul in the often frantic chaos of the racing paddock. He was always encouraging and provided parts and valuable advice to any and all Buell racers in need.

As the first employee of Buell Motorcycle Company, Henry had great insight and stories about the early days of Buell. He was part of the fabric and special feel of Buell and the world wide community of Buell enthusiasts will never forget him.

Godspeed Henry. My thoughts and prayers are with the Duga family and all those who loved him...

Henry will be missed.
He was friend and a keen observer at the tracks as we grow together thru my racing days of modifies (#52) and midgets (#52 and V4).
R.I.P.

Dear Family - Deeply saddened & sorry for your loss.Heartbroken to hear of the passing of Henry. He taught me a lot about motors, racing and working the pits. His passion for racing & go carts was unmatched, always on the track helping out everyone, heck helping people out everywhere he went in life. A good guy, kind soul, gentle spirit, great smile and twinkle in his eye. I have a ton of wonderful Henry memories, I am sure so many others he touched do as well. His star is now shining in the sky ...May you be comforted with the knowledge he lived a wonderful life with many friends. He will be missed. Peace be with you all.

I raced go-carts with Henry. He was a wonderful person and friend. His death comes as a surprise. He will be missed by family and friends everywhere. Only distance will keep us from attending his service.

Eileen:
So sorry to hear about Henry. I know this was a shock to all. I have fond memories of him from our childhood days. Only wish we could have seen each other as adults.

Health problems prevent me from coming to funeral. Be assured you are in our prayers.

Deepest sympathy to the family. Henry was a well liked friend of ours from Badger Kart Club for many years. So many memories of those times from the past so many years ago. The "old" family of Badger who have all moved on now....

Our thoughts and prayers are with Henry and the Duga family on the loss of our dear friend. His limitless kindness, true professionalism, and unwavering generosity are a testament to Henry’s legacy. All of us that knew and worked with Henry are poorer this day, knowing that we will no longer have his guidance and example in our lives. We can all reflect on our fond memories of Henry to help comfort our sorrow in this truly tragic time. While Henry will be dearly missed, we will always fondly remember him in the highest of esteem and respect.

With deepest heartfelt sympathies,

Christopher Tonstad

My sympathy to Henry's family. I have fond memories of visiting with Henry at the racetrack and appreciated his unselfiish support. My wife enjoyed visiting with him in our pit as much as I did. He is one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever known. He will be missed by many.

Our conversations would begin with parts talk, then turn into a visit discussing family, weather, dreams and goals. I don't ever remember a short phone call... as a pro, the parts needed would always be when or where needed, but as a friend, I never got off the phone unhappy. In all my travels, everyone would always have a smile and great Henry Duga story when his name was brought up... I've missed our talks and often wondered what ol' Henry was up too... I sure bet God is happy Henry finally came to heaven, he's probably got a parts list of stuff he needs Henry to find for a major project... Lot's of us are going to miss you, but we all are so glad you entered into our life to leave us with the memories of such a kind and friendly soul... Rest In Peace friend of many. You sure was a shinning light! Love from Jamie, Regan & Bubba
