Carl and I joined WBCC at the same time. He was always had a retort or comeback to anybody who would rib him. He was a delight to know. The bond that he and Frank displayed in their time together is priceless.
My sympathies go out to your whole family and Frank's family, as well.
Carl will surely be missed!
