My deepest sympathy to the family of Barb. Barb was a friend that I played golf with and enjoyed. She will be sadly missed.

Dear Martin Family -
You may know that a couple of years ago I called your Mom out of the blue and said I wanted to go to Mass with her. Gracious and tolerant, she was more than willing to spend some time with me at St. Mary's and we then caught up over an ice cream.
But you probably don't know that she insisted that, before I left Menomonee Falls, I needed to visit my Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Kenneth. I had not intended to do that, but I took her direction and visited them, too. When I next saw your Mom it was at my Aunt's funeral and I thanked her for encouragement, since it was the last time I spent with my Godmother Aunt. And that is how I see my neighbor lady - Mrs. Martin. She is thoughtful, dryly funny and firmly concerned about others. What a joy and a blessing that our life paths intersected. Please accept my condolences. Peace to you Mrs. Martin and all who love you.

Thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Worked with Barb at the Timber Lodge and enjoyed talking with her and making her laugh. She was a lovely person and we were blessed knowing her and having her as our friend.

Leslie and family,
Mark and I are very sorry for your loss and are thinking of you at this most difficult time. Know that your Mom will be looking down on all of you as you get through tomorrow and all the rough days ahead.

I loved Barb and she was a wonderful friend. She was my idol. She gave so much of herself to everyone she knew. She was an amazing human being and appreciated the small things in life that count. Barb loved her family and her Lord and is with her beloved Jimmy now. I will miss her calls when she would say "hi old girl". Such a friend is few and far between. Rest In peace my dear friend. Bryan, Leslie and Paul,
Your mom was a very kind and loving "Aunt." She was good about keeping in touch and cared much about how everyone was doing. I always enjoyed lots of conversations with her. And yes, she did often talk about her "Breezeway." She was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and spouses. May she rest in peace and all of you take care.
Love, Marie
PS. I was lucky she was my Godmother.
