(née Pokrzywinski), 61 years old, passed away on Aug. 18, 2017 peacefully at home with family by her side. Beloved wife of her "favorite" Jim Hagerty whom she was lucky enough to have married 32 years ago. Adoring, loved, and very proud mom of Patrick and Michael (Kayleigh) Hagerty. Lynn is also survived by brother Greg (Jan) Pokrzywinski and their family; by incredibly supportive, loving, younger brother Gary (Roxanne) Pokrzywinski and their sons Kale and Nick; by brother-in-law Paul (Sue) Hagerty and their daughters Katy and Maureen; by “more like a sister than sister-in-law” Patricia (Joe) Coats and their son John; and by her wonderful aunt, Jan Heidschmidt. Further survived by her numerous loyal and supportive friends, many of whom she met in high school, at church, and at work (especially at The Yards) - Jeannie, Tricia, Joannie, Sharon, Lynn, and Andi are among countless others she came to know and love.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26, at the Funeral Home from 9 AM until time of Memorial Service at 9:30 AM and continues at the Funeral Home following the Service until 12 Noon.
