(nee Bartlett) Born in Great Britain, peacefully went home to the Lord on Oct. 15, 2017 just shy of her 89th birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Jerome Lotzer and sister, Margaret L. Wareham. Loving mother of Patricia J. (Todd) Backus and Frederick H. (Sheri) Lotzer. Proud "Granny" to Joseph E. Backus, Jennifer A. Backus and Isabella R. Lotzer. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sat. Nov. 11 at St. Francis Episcopal Church, N84 W16525 Menomonee Ave., Menomonee Falls from 2 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:30 PM. Inurnment will follow at St. Francis Episcopal Church Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church or to Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County are appreciated.
