Of Wauwatosa, age 83, went home to the Lord, Tuesday, June 19, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth S. Vriesen. Mother of Jose Granados, Alma (Alan Hamill), Martha (Summers), Suzanne Rosales, Eva (Kurk Addison), Elaine Purdy, and Oscar (Jennifer). Grandmother to 20 and Great-Grandmother to 11 children. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Genevieve loved and supported her family through many years as a homemaker and caregiver.

Visitation and a brief prayer service will be held on Tuesday, June 26th at 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home and Cremation Service located at 10121 W. North Avenue in Wauwatosa. Entombment to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 1325 W. Capitol Drive in Brookfield.
