Monroe, Gladys V.

Found peace on January 11, 2020 at the age of 93 and reunited with her beloved husband Wirt and her daughter Betty Reetz. Loving mom of Beverly (Robert) Merriman and Robert (Donna) Monroe. Proud granny of Timothy (Dawn) Reetz, Steven Reetz, Charles Merriman, Debra (Tim) Wronski, Diana (David) Zuege and Holly (Peter) Nintzel. Great-granny of 15. Sister of Audrey Freymiller and the late Eugene Allen. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Gladys retired from Wisconsin Bell after 30+ years of dedicated service. She loved her grandkids, living up north, bird watching, dogs, NASCAR, the Packers, the Pittsburg Penguins, and making people laugh.

In honor of Gladys’s wishes, private services will be held.
