Born to Eternal Life on October 13, 2020 surrounded by his family and friends at the age of 65 years old.  Beloved husband for 43 years to Chris (nee Cayton) Secker.  Loving father of Jim (Nanette) Harris, Dan (Jamie Warner) Harris and Scott (Rana Herbst) Secker.  Proud grandfather of Hayley, Kieran, Connor, Casside, Aiden, Ethan, Jonathan, Benjamin, Angelysse and great grandson Luka.  Dear brother of Annette (Jim) Youngbauer and Michele (the late Roger) Smith.  Phil will be missed by his nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents Lester and Marie Jeanne; brother and sister-in-law Paul (Judy) Secker. 

Phil has been involved with his beagles for 43 years.  He would take his dogs to trials and compete with other beaglers to see how well their dogs did when tracking a rabbit.  He was also president of the Wisconsin Association of Beagles, Mid -American Brace and the Milwaukee Beagle Club.  He will be missed by his beagle buddies and his dog Oscar.

Visitation Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, N84 W17937 Menomonee Ave in Menomonee Falls from 1-3PM. There will also be visitation on Monday, October 19, 2020 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, N74 W13604 Appleton Ave in Menomonee Falls from 9:30AM until 10:30AM, 10:30AM Eulogies and Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:45AM, followed by Committal and Burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.
