Found peace on May 3, 2022. Age 52 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick P. Bretsch and Karel A. Ketterer. Loving brother of Julie (Scott) Barkow, Joy E. Bretsch, Jennifer A. (Tom) Picciolo and Jonathan P. Bretsch. Dear uncle of Michael and Peter Picciolo. Grandson of the late Norma (the late Art) Hesse, the late John Ketterer, and the late Elmer (the late Paula) Bretsch. Further survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Jeremy's life will be held at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls on Monday May 23 at 3 PM. Visitation for Jeremy will be from 1 PM until the time of the service.

A special thank you to the compassionate and caring staff at Froedtert Menomonee Falls and the MICU at Froedtert Wauwatosa for the care they gave to Jeremy. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Kidney Foundation are appreciated.
