Ruth grew up in Philadelphia where she met Allen while working at Penn Instruments. They were married in 1958 in Anderson, South Carolina before moving to Houston, Texas. In 1966 they relocated to the Milwaukee area where she worked as Executive Assistant to MGIC founder, Max H. Karl. Her favorite vacation spot, Fort Myers, FL became home when she and Allen retired there in 1998. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Sugar Land, TX to be near her son and young grandson, before returning to Wisconsin near her daughter.
Ruth enjoyed cross-country car trips with her family, jaunts to Las Vegas and the beaches of Fort Myers, Lovers Key State Park and Sanibel.
Thank you to everyone at Froedert Menomonee Falls Hospital, Horizon Hospice at Froedert and Chaplain Stephen Forrest for their caring and kindness.
Services pending for Ruth.
