Citrus Springs, FL - Passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the age of 90. He is survived by his sons Steve (Debbie), Tom II (Mary), Jeff, Tim, and Dan (Wendy); his grandchildren Jamie (Matt) Lewis, Eric Gottschalk, Katie (Alex) Moores, Jennifer (Dave) Garland, Jason (Nicole) Gottschalk, Nicole (Mike) Gottschalk, Coty (Dustin) Rhadans, Kayla (Chyenne) Gottschalk, Shannon (Matt) Curran, Mitchell (Amanda) Taddey, and Ross (Laura) Gottschalk; his 15 great grandchildren; and his sisters Diane (Matt) Siecinski and Marilyn Larson. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his wife Joan (née Spencer), his parents Elmer and Hilda Gottschalk, his brother Bob Gottschalk, his grandson Jeff Jr, his brother-in-law Jim Larson, and his daughter-in-law Marija.

Tom served in the Marine Corp and was retired from AO Smith in Milwaukee. He loved hunting, fishing, and was an avid Packers fan.
