Platz Jr, Herbert C. “Herbie” 

Of North Prairie, passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2015 at the age of 72.  He is survived by his loving wife Jeannie of 49 years; loving dad of Andy Platz, Clayton Platz, and Penelope (Wade) Raddatz; proud grandpa of Eric, Alaina, Violet, and Will; loving brother of Patricia Gallup, Kathy Buba, and David (Heidi) Platz.  He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 24 at 6:00 PM at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Mukwonago.  Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until the time of Service at the Funeral Home.
