(nee Zipperer) Age 86. Born to Eternal Life Tuesday, December 6, 2016.  Preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” and her sister, Bernice.  She is survived by her sons, Peter (Patty), Steven, Patrick and Kevin (Cyndy); her grandchildren, Stacy (Besian) Kodra, Jessica (Jon) Leyrer, Kyle and Jackson Reddy; one great-grandchild, Carter Kodra; her sisters, Anna, Betty, Joan, Rita and Katie; her brother, James; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.   

Visitation Friday, December 16 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Avenue, Wauwatosa.   Visitation continues Saturday, December 17 from 10:00am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at ST. DOMINIC’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 18255 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield.  Please meet at church. Private interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.   In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association/Southeastern Milwaukee Chapter appreciated.   

Grace was born in Manitowoc on October 23, 1930 to Edmund and Elizabeth Zipperer.  She went to nursing school in Milwaukee and worked for 30 years as a nurse for the Milwaukee County Medical Complex.  Grace lived most of her life in Wauwatosa and Brookfield.
