Of Menomonee Falls. He took our hearts with him when he left us on Wednesday July 19, 2017. Will be greatly missed by his wife Colleen (Nee Kosick), children, Erin (Brad) Nasgovitz and Shannan (John) Yucel and grandchildren, Mae, Emilia, Henry, Charlie and Violet. Further survived by many wonderful friends and other relatives. 

Visitation Wednesday July 26th at the FUNERAL HOME from 4:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:00 PM. Private interment. A special thank you to the entire staff at Community Memorial Hospital for the support and care given to Dale and his family.
