Of Menomonee Falls. Passed away peacefully in the arms of the Lord on Wednesday February 14, 2018, at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of Wilma (nee Dregney) for 71 years. Loving father of Donald (Carol) Borgwardt and Karen (Raymond) Bennett. Dear grandfather of Elizabeth (John) Koester, Kristy Bennett, and Ryan (Kate) Bennett. Dear great-grandfather of Amelia, Jack, Aaron Koester and Ray Bennett. Preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Buchholz, Francis Hanson, brothers, Merle, Walter, Charles, George and Darrell Borgwardt. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

 Visitation Monday February 19th at HOLY CROSS LUTHERAN CHURCH, W156 N 8131 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:30 AM. A second visitation will be held Thursday February 22nd at CENTRAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 221 West Main St. Mondovi, WI from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Committal services to follow at RIVERSIDE LUTHERAN CEMETERY, Mondovi, WI. If desired, memorials to Holy Cross Lutheran Church appreciated.
