Of Mukwonago. Born to Eternal Life on October 22, 2020 at the age of 55. Dave is survived by his wife of 23 years, Amy (nee Asmann). Beloved son of Nancy (Ted) Frydrych and the late Gerald Knowlton. Beloved brother of Dawn (Rick) Kloth, Donald Knowlton, and Devon Blucher. Beloved brother-in-law of Pete (Penni) Asmann. Further survived by his beloved nephews Vincent and Brett, other relatives and friends.
