Tony was born on December 10, 1929, to Louis Sr and Elsie Roskopf, and had eight siblings.

He grew up on the family farm in Menomonee Falls and was a lifelong member of St Mary Parish. In his younger years he was an alter boy and then later was an usher. He also was a Boy Scout leader and participated in many camp-outs.

Tony worked on the family farm until he left for his service in the Army. He served as a radar repair technician during the Korean War. Tony met Diane at the Nightingale and married in 1953. Upon returning home he started a couple Standard Oil service stations, and then expanded into the RV business, which he co-founded with his late wife Diane. Tony had the honor of being recognized as the 7,000th veteran of the 53rd Stars and Stripes Honor Flight last September from Milwaukee, WI.

He enjoyed traveling with his wife Diane, around the United States and worldwide. He would relax while spending time up north on the lake boating and fishing, as well as driving his tractor. The last few years he spent the winter months together with Diane in Arizona. He was always ready for a game of Farkle.

Tony enjoyed telling stories from his days on the farm, to his adventures serving in the Army. He especially enjoyed telling the story of the 1941 snowstorm of how the farmers with horses cut through fences to pick up milk from other farmers to deliver the milk to town.

His favorite treat on a warm day was ice cream. He would pick up the grandkids in his Mustang convertible and take them along for a ride to get ice cream.
