Passed away on February 19, 2021, age 87. Charles is survived by his wife Rita, his children Julie-Ann (Kevin) Dixon-Seidl, Glenn, Gena, Jeffrey, and Gregory (Norma) Seidl. Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
