Age 56 of Milwaukee left this world too soon on June 3, 2021. Born on Feb. 23, 1965, in Milwaukee to Gary and Kay (nee Matson) Carver. Eddie graduated from Milwaukee Tech High School in 1983. He was a talented artist specializing in chainsaw carving. Eddie was the longtime companion and beloved spouse of Gregg Fitzpatrick. Eddie and Gregg operated the Harbor Room Pub in Milwaukee since July 2000. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Eddie is survived by his husband, Gregg; parents, Gary and Kay; uncle and aunt, Larry and Rene Carver; sister-in-law, Linda (Lonnie) Keckhaver; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary L. Carver; grandparents, Richard and Katherine Matson and Edwin and Lydia Carver; and his dogs, Big Spike and Little Spike. Visitation on Wed., June 9^th from 4 until 7 p.m. at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa and from 11:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. on Thurs., June 10^th at Emanuel United Church of Christ, 10627 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners. Entombment at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
