Peter E. Stauber
March 26, 1938 - November 24, 2021

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the age 83 years.  Beloved husband of the late Judi.  Loving dad of Peter (Ginger) Stauber and the late Wendy Martin.  Cherished grandpa of Erik (Chelsea) Martin, Courtney (Garett) Cross, Jesse (Sarah) Martin and Chelsea (Olivia) Stauber.  Great grandpa to 4 wonderful kids.  Father-in-law of Terry Martin.  Special friend of Mary Ciocarelli.  Dear brother of Barbara Gaulke, Tom Stauber and the late Lee Stauber.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Peter married the love of his life Judi in 1961 and celebrated 44 years until she passed.  He was extremely proud of his children and the families that they created.   Peter retired from Magaw as an electrician.  After retirement, he enjoyed antiquing and meeting his friends for breakfast.  He was a proud member of the Model A Club and of the Wheelman.  His granddaughter Chelsea, joined the Wheelman and they had fun riding in parades.  Riding in the Circus Parade brought much excitement to the both of them.  He often talked about being a volunteer for Fox Point Lutheran Church where he led an exercise group and was a member of the Kitchen Angels.  Both were very fulfilling for him.  Peter, which surprised us all, became a lover of dancing.  He and his lady friends went to the VFW Post often.  He loved to brag that the ladies always asked him to dance.  Peter had a wonderful life filled with love and laughter.  He often told his family "It's good to be me".

Visitation on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Funeral Home from 1 PM until the time of Funeral Service at 4 PM.  Private family burial will take place at Valhalla Memorial Park.
