Thomas J. Sheeley
February 29, 1932 - August 21, 2022

Age 90, passed to Eternal Life Aug. 21, 2022, with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Dorothy.

Tom was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 29, 1932, to Mary and William Sheeley. He graduated from Riverside High School with his sweetheart Dorothy in 1950, and they married the following June. Tom worked as an electrical tester at Allis Chalmers and, after his retirement, ran a successful home improvement company. Tom was a man of great faith who was proud of his Irish heritage and loved traveling, cycling, fishing, eating ice cream and spending time with his family. He was an avid Packers and Brewers fan.

Devoted father to Vickie (Alan) Smith, Beth Iotte, Kathy (Monte) Davis and Thomas Sheeley. Cherished brother to William (Sue) Sheeley, John (Kathy) Sheeley and the late Mary Ann (Barry) Tierney. Loving grandfather to Shawn (Michelle) Bigelow, Ryan (Jennifer) Bigelow, Katie (Jonathan) Fritz, Lindsey (Ryan) Rothwell, Mandy (Nick) Nelson, Andrew Davis, Matthew (Madelyn) Sheeley, Allison (Jake) Kunze, Isabelle Sheeley and Nicholas Sheeley, as well as eleven great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive visitors at Schmidt and Bartlet Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa on Thurs, Sept. 1 from 4 until 7 PM. Visitation continues at St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic Church in Pewaukee on Fri, Sept. 2 from 10 AM until Remembrance at 10:45 AM followed by funeral Mass at 11 AM. Please wear green for the Irish celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic Church.
