(nee Malo) Found peace on November 11, 2022, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Gilbert for 53 years. Loving and devoted mother of Lisa (Mark) and Sara (Ken). Beloved grandma of Riley, Bennett, Fletcher, and Harrison. Dear sister of Edward (Susan) Malo and Beverly Malo. Further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Linda was born and raised in Seattle and moved to various cities in the state of Washington as a result of her father’s job with Milwaukee Road Railroad. When she was a junior in high school, her dad was transferred to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended Messmer High School, where she met Gil. For the last 45 years, they have resided in the Mequon/Thiensville area.

Linda was the glue of our tight-knit family. Anyone who knew Linda could feel her warmth. She made new and old friends feel like family. Her life was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She attended every event with a love that was unmistakable. Her volunteer efforts at school, Confirmations, clothing drives, and a host of other undertakings were endless. She loved her family, and we loved her.

Visitation on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2750 W. Mequon Road, Mequon, from 10:00 until 11:30 AM, followed by family eulogies. Memorial Mass at 12 Noon. Reception to follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Epilepsy Foundation of Wisconsin or Helping Hands Healing Hooves, a local based organization that does equine therapy for adults and children with disabilities.
