Of Menomonee Falls, unexpectedly went into God’s loving arms on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at the age of 61 years. Linda was born in Hartford on June 4, 1961, a daughter of Benjamin and Luella Regall. She married the love of her life, Steve Marquardt on October 25, 1997. Linda worked for many years at Grede Foundries and was one day shy of celebrating her retirement with colleagues, family, and friends.  

Linda was a down to earth woman who enjoyed playing golf, reading, gardening, talking and reminiscing with Steve when sitting around the campfire, and a good craft beer. She had a knack for saying witty things like; “I have not sat down since I got up,” “Can you even believe this,” “what just happened,” or Steve’s favorite, when Linda would affectionately reply (when he was being too loud as she tried to watch her favorite British TV show), “Shut Up Steve.” Others would say "she paints so much, that were losing square footage in the house." Most of all she had a kind heart, a giving spirit, and was simply a beautiful soul.  

Linda will be dearly missed and forever cherished by her husband, Steve Marquardt; siblings, Barbara (Bill) Grass, Benjamin “Benny” (Debbie) Regall, Bob (Jeannie) Regall, Bill (Sue) Regall, Beverly Regall, Brian (Claire) Regall, Laurie “Laura” (Rick) Ronge, Scott Regall, and Terry Regall; she is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Bruce Regall.
