Peter Harlan Gullickson: Born December 26th, 1933. Died July 28th, 2023.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents Hilmer and Anna (née Holter) Gullickson, His sister Betty Ann (Vaughn) and his wife Karen (née Anderson). Pete is survived by his son Peter Eric (Julie) and his daughter Tia Oakley (Scott), his two grandsons Brandon and Dylan, and nieces and nephews.

Peter graduated from Holmen High School in 1952. He attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa for 1 year before transferring to the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse where he majored in Education. He received his Master’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison in Education Administration. He taught for many years before retiring in 1990. He loved to follow his favorite local sports teams right down to the high school level, his favorite baseball player of all time was Stan Musial. He loved music and his favorite singer was Frank Sinatra. He stayed active with golf, and tending to his many collections he acquired from many years of going to rummage and estate sales. As he aged, he stayed socially active by going to his favorite place for coffee, Panera Bread in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. He loved to be around people and stayed active until his final days. 
Visitation for Peter will be held on Friday August 4 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, W156 N8131 Pilgrim Rd., Menomonee Falls from 10 AM until the time of Funeral Services at 11 AM. Entombment will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield, WI. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hamilton Education Foundation. As a 30 plus year career in the Hamilton school district, it will help keep his devotion to the district alive for years to come.
